This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the Zip Player software ("the Application") provided by Zero Overhead Labs LLC ("we", "our", or "us").

This EULA is incorporated into, and forms part of, our Terms of Service. Where this EULA and the Terms of Service conflict on matters concerning purchase, licensing, accounts, refunds, liability, or governing law, the Terms of Service control. This EULA addresses your rights to install and use the Application as software.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to this EULA and the Terms of Service.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA and the Terms of Service, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Application on supported devices.

The scope of your license — including its duration, device entitlement, and available features — is determined by the license type you purchased and is described in the Terms of Service.

This license does not transfer ownership of the Application to you.

2. Device Limitations

Your license may be limited by the number of supported devices specified during purchase. Attempting to exceed device limits may require additional licenses or may result in restrictions on activation.

3. Activation

To use licensed features, your device must be activated. Activation may require account information, device identification information, or Application-generated activation details. Activation helps us manage licenses and prevent unauthorized use, and is governed by the "Activation" section of the Terms of Service.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Application;
• Sell, sublicense, rent, or lease the Application;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law;
• Remove copyright or ownership notices;
• Circumvent license verification systems;
• Use the Application to operate unauthorized commercial services.

Additional restrictions on acceptable use are set out in the Terms of Service.

5. Updates

We may provide updates, improvements, bug fixes, and new features.

Updates will not materially reduce the core functionality of a license you have purchased, except where required for security, legal, or platform-compliance reasons, as described in the Terms of Service.

6. Third-Party Services

The Application may interact with third-party services, including:

• IPTV providers selected by users;
• Payment providers;
• Analytics services;
• Platform providers.

We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their content, as further described in the Terms of Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Application, including its design, code, features, branding, and documentation, is owned by Zero Overhead Labs LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except those expressly stated in this EULA.

8. Termination

Your license may terminate if you violate this EULA or the Terms of Service, misuse the Application, attempt to bypass licensing restrictions, or obtain your license fraudulently. Upon termination, you must stop using the Application. Termination is governed by the "Suspension and Termination" section of the Terms of Service.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available." The disclaimers of warranty and limitations of liability set out in the Terms of Service apply to this EULA.

10. Changes to this EULA

We may update this EULA from time to time. We will publish the updated version and revise the last-updated date. Where required by law, or where a change materially affects existing users, we will provide appropriate notice or obtain any required consent. Continued use of the Application after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised EULA, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, subject to the governing law and jurisdiction provisions of the Terms of Service.
