Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Free Trial

The Application includes a 7-day free trial, allowing you to evaluate the software before purchasing a license.

We encourage all users to fully test the Application during the trial period to ensure it meets their needs and is compatible with their devices and IPTV provider.

2. Licenses Are Activated at Purchase

Because licenses are activated automatically at purchase, there is no separate step in which you pay for a license and activate it later. Refund eligibility is governed by this Policy and applicable law.

3. Activated Licenses

Once a purchased license has been activated, the purchase is final.

Activated licenses are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

4. Purchase Channels and Withdrawal Rights

Refund rules depend on how you purchased your license.

Google Play purchases. If you purchased a license through our companion app on Google Play, refund eligibility is determined by Google Play's refund policy, not this one. Google Play handles the checkout consent and withdrawal flow for those purchases. If you believe you are entitled to a refund for a Google Play purchase, contact Google Play support directly. We cannot override Google Play's refund decisions. Where Google Play issues a refund, we will revoke the corresponding license in our system.

Direct website purchases. Where required by applicable law, at checkout you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital license and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal once the license is activated. If you are located in a jurisdiction that grants you a statutory right of withdrawal and the consent described above was not validly obtained for your purchase, your statutory rights apply notwithstanding any other provision of this Policy.

Reseller credit purchases. Reseller credits purchased via invoice and bank transfer are business-to-business transactions. Credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Where we invoice a reseller and the reseller fails to pay, we may cancel the invoice and withhold credit deposit. Where we deposit credits in error, we may reverse the deposit.

5. Reseller Credits

Reseller credits are prepaid digital credits that may be used by authorized resellers to activate licenses for their customers. Reseller credit purchases are business-to-business transactions.

Reseller credits are purchased by invoice. To request a top-up, contact our support team. We will issue an invoice. Once payment is received and confirmed, we will deposit the corresponding credits into your reseller wallet. Deposits are reflected in your wallet transaction history.

Reseller credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where a payment is reversed, refunded, charged back, or otherwise invalidated by the bank or payment provider.

Reseller credits purchased at volume-based pricing are treated as a single credit purchase. If a payment associated with a reseller credit purchase is refunded, charged back, reversed, or otherwise invalidated, the affected credit purchase may be invalidated in its entirety, regardless of the amount of the payment reversal.

Any unused credits associated with an invalidated purchase may be removed from the reseller's account. Licenses purchased using credits associated with an invalidated purchase may also be suspended.

6. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same license more than once or are charged multiple times due to a billing error, please contact us promptly.

Verified duplicate purchases will generally be refunded.

7. Fraud, Chargebacks, and Payment Reversals

Refunds, chargebacks, fraudulent payment disputes, or other payment reversals processed by a payment provider may result in the suspension, revocation, or deactivation of the affected purchase, license, account, or reseller credits.

For direct license purchases, a payment reversal may result in the associated license being suspended or revoked.

For reseller credit purchases, a payment reversal may result in the invalidation of the associated credit purchase, removal of unused credits, and suspension of licenses purchased using those credits.

Payment reversals may also result in account restrictions or restrictions on future purchases or reseller activity.

Where we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that a payment reversal was made in good faith and was not the result of misuse, fraud, or abuse, we may elect to restore the affected license, credits, or account access upon resolution of the dispute.

Nothing in this Policy penalizes a customer for exercising a non-waivable statutory right. Where a payment reversal results from a valid statutory right or a good-faith billing dispute, we will work with the payment provider and the customer to resolve it.

8. Payment Providers

Depending on the purchase channel, payments may be handled by Google Play, a third-party payment provider, or a bank transfer.

Google Play. Purchases made through our companion app on Google Play are processed by Google. Google's refund policy governs those transactions, and Google may issue refunds on its own initiative. Where Google issues a refund, we revoke the corresponding license.

Direct website purchases. Where a refund is approved or processed by a third-party payment provider, it will generally be issued through the original payment method whenever possible. Payment providers may independently process refunds, chargebacks, or other payment reversals in accordance with their policies and applicable payment rules.

Reseller credit purchases. Reseller credits are paid by bank transfer or another method we designate on the invoice. Where a transfer is reversed, charged back, or otherwise invalidated, we may revoke the credits associated with that payment, remove unused credits, and suspend licenses purchased using those credits.

Platform-specific payment methods (such as Google Pay and Apple Pay) may be subject to the platform's own refund rules in addition to this Policy.

9. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Policy excludes, restricts, or waives any consumer rights, protections, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or waived under applicable law. This includes any statutory right of withdrawal, remedies for defective digital content or services, and any other mandatory consumer protections.
